One day it will all make sense
That is awesome.
Class act and what a great sports culture in Portland.
Fantastic choice for president there.

Not necessarily. AD does not pass himself the ball to himself. He can be as aggressive/assertive as he wants, but it's up to others, specifically Lebron and Westbrook to get him the ball. The problem with a big 3 is it's extremely difficult to get everyone their shots. All 3 can't be aggressive at the same time.
I put this one mainly on Lebron. He was shooting poorly and should have been force feeding AD instead of missing "chippies" and free throws.
Speaking of free throws, when I coached high school, I used to beat my players over the head about free throws. We spent a fair amount of time on them because we weren't talented enough to miss out on any chances at points, especially free points.
But my 2 favorite teams, NBA and college, are terrible free throw shooting teams.
I've only watched them a couple of times this season but their defense is exceptional. I'm looking forward to checking them out again today.Celtics actually play defense though
Yes and no
AD isn’t your typical post player waiting for the ball and totally at the mercy of the guards to get it to him.
LeBron doesn’t take over like that unless he thinks he has to. When his teammates are rolling and playing aggressively he is generally content to distribute and watch them work.
When AD isn’t assertive early, I don’t blame LeBron for calling his own number late.
Bottom line, they both need to play better.
Yep. AD was open and didn't get the passes to post up.True, but part of Lebron's responsibility is getting the other guys going. As wildturkey pointed out, there were several times when AD was posted up in the paint, calling for the ball and didn't get it. That's not on him.
It looked to me last night (and admittedly, I didn't catch the whole game because I was switching between the Lakers, USC/UCLA and UFC 271), but it looked tome like they were concentrating a little more fitting Westbrook in, which they are going to have to figure out a way to do if they are going to have any chance at getting things turned around.

He doesn't pass the ball to himself. And Vogel's game plan can be to focus on the post but like TJ said.....they were focused on getting RW comfortable and James went all Hero ball in the 4th.And I think it is fair to put a bit more on LeBron.
But not fair of @DJ to say BK’s post didn’t age well.
Because if AD does more early, the Lakers aren’t in position no need LeBron heroics late. They are up somewhat comfortably.
And let’s be honest, Laker fans here been talking about AD’s inconsistency all year. Some games he just doesn’t bring his all.
I’ll just go ahead and say it, neither of those teams I saw last night is winning another title with the groups they have now. I know, Draymond, won’t matter. There are too many teams that are better.

Guess we will see, I’m calling my shot. No more titles. You drastically underestimate how important Draymond is.
There might be 2 teams as good or better than GS with Draymond.
I never said he was.....LOL.Vogel is not telling LeBron not to pass the ball to Anthony Davis.

All true. But, like I said, I think last night was more about fitting Westbrook in. Personally, their performance was a bit encouraging despite the loss. I was expecting them to get run out of the gym, but they damn near one the game on the road.
Hopefully it means that maybe they're starting to get some stuff figured out.
I think after all this it ends with the Bucks winning againGuess we will see, I’m calling my shot. No more titles.
So James played perfect and the game was on AD....No, but you go out of you way for the “gotcha” moment and you aren’t even fully correct in what you are saying.
