Mitchell is awesome- dont get me wrong--- but everything there starts with Gobert.

That said...every team goes through bumps in the road and those certain types of stages of tension and disagreements.
What separates it all, is how they respond, adjust, and eventually get on the same page to each their goal as a united team.

I get that they're frustrated...but it's part of the grind that comes with the territory of a long season, injuries etc.
Until either of them demands a trade then it's just a story designed to light a fire under them...and like I said, we'll see how they respond going forward...or if it becomes more of a distraction where it affects their play negatively.

Right now I don't see those "red flags" to be overly concerned one way or the other.

I wonder if Morey kicked the tires on Donovan Mitchell before going for Harden? I think he’s a candidate to want to force his way out. It’s the thing now. Kawhi, AD, Harden, Simmons, Harden. Expectations Dame and Beal would.

Was going to mention this as well. Mitchell had a huge problem with that and it never seemed like they got completely past it.

There are more guys in the league that do what Mitchell does. That is true.

But the reality is that neither are good enough to be the best player on a legit championship contender. Pair them together with well fitting pieces and you get what Utah has been.

Good luck building a team better than what they have had with Gobert as the best player.

I know in 2020 when it was really raging Houston had their strippers outside the club, wearing masks, and you would drive up to watch them LOL

They had to keep their nipples and other stuff covered because they were outside. But again...ladies gyrating around in their underwear wearing MASKS
