If you fall to.4 or 5, that would be a tough matchup against Philly.

I see the standings out East shifting a lot in the next 25 games.

I don't think we will have a clear picture until the last week of the Season.

Matchups matter more out East.

I don't care who gets the 7th and 8th seed in the West.

As currently constructed, those teams are going home in 6 against the Dubs or Suns.
Agree. MIL and PHI are playing great now and CHI is dangerous. Once Garland and Mark can get healthy and with their schedule, I think they have a legit shot to finish in the top 4 but shit happens and a lot of competition.

Love and Rondo are the only ones with a lot of playoff experience.
You said they have no chance. I mean so they are getting swept? lol

Atlanta had little playoff experience last year too. ATL had Gallo and Capela. Just saying they have more than no shot but we will see how the seeding folds out.

Great example of everything breaking the right way, at the right time.

I never said that.

You don’t know enough to grasp simple concepts.

You think that because JR Smith won a championship as a 5th option on the Cavs it validates that the Knicks had enough talent to win

JR was 1 or 2 on the Knicks. That is indicative of a bad roster.

You don’t know what you are saying.
Let’s be clear, I never said at the time that the Knicks were a true contender…

The players they picked up were good enough to help them get to PS play , the coaching to me was a big problem.

Funny how they seem to be playing an integral part of the success on teams they play for now.

it will be very interesting to see......brings a lot of options...for now lets assume he starts....

PG: Garland
SG: LeVert
SF: Markkanen
PF: Mobley
C: Allen

Bench: Love, Osman, Okoro, Wade, Stevens, Rondo

starting to get a little exciting.

The Cavs are honestly easily the biggest winners of that Harden deal---- basically 2 late firsts ,and 2 2nd rounders for Allen and LeVert.

This squad is starting to feel a bit like 2014 Warriors. I really like the makeup of this team. Putting together a lot of solid pieces with young developing players. Have some good vets in there to push the squad. Just need a catalyst for either Mobley or Garland to take that next step to superstar and you'll have a legit contender for years to come.

Think you'll eventually need to deal Sexton and maybe Markkanen to get one more high end piece. If you're able to do that, then the Cavs can take a big leap forward.

KEep in mind KLove is only playing 22 minutes a night still.....hard to get the type of stats you need playing 22 minutes a night to win 6th man award

in the 3 games this month- with some extended minutes because of the injuries he is at 23 and 11.....if he was getting 30 minutes a night his candidacy would be a lot stronger---- but I am glad they are not over-using him and keeping him healthy.
I do think there is no lock for 6th man at this point. The lower minutes should also not discount Love or benefit Herro but Herro playing more minutes is definitely a plus on his resume for the award. It's pretty shocking Love's numbers are comparable.

Herro 32 MPG - Per 36 22 ppg 5.2 rpg 4.4 apg 43% fg 3pt 38%
Love only 22 MPG - Per 36 23.6 ppg 12.1 rpg 3.6 apg 43% fg 3pt 40%

Does Love put up less efficient numbers if playing more minutes, certainly possible, but I think he should definitely be in the discussion. Both have been very impressive in their roles.

Because they are relied upon to play smaller roles for those good teams.

Quite simple to understand really.
