Are they allowed to look at the video at that stage of the game without an official challenge though?

Cleveland had used their challenge a few possessions earlier on the Love charge.

I am not sure about the rules on that, but I am guessing they weren’t allowed to look without a challenge.

One more thing I'd add to this is the ref blew the first whistle with someone else holding the ball (which was why he called him OOB and blew the whistle) but he could not figure out maybe that shot must have taken place after he blew his whistle?

For anyone that hasn’t got to see Josh Giddey much he pretty much had his whole game on display in Dallas a few nights ago. The inbounds pass at the end of the game is certainly not normal by rookie standards.
