It is amazing how much a superstar who receives special treatment and isn’t held to any kind of standard can hurt team chemistry.

1. Kawhi getting special treatment and his deaf mute style of leadership.

2. Doc allowing shit to fester and in some cases, adding to the drama.

3. Montreal Harrell and his locker room leaking drama.

4. Doc refusing to make any sort of adjustments in, before or last minutes of games.

It also helps when guys like each other, play for each other and aren't worrying about their next contracts.
