Reddish is a FA.What purpose does that serve for the Hawks? Weird.

more versatile? sureI don't think anyone would argue Bam is the better, more versatile offensive player
restricted free agent. big difference.Reddish is a FA.
I'd even say Allen might be a better comp. to Gobert than Bam....and Allen is a solid defender on the wing for a guy his size. He also makes a very high % of his shots and is good for 15-17 per game.more versatile? sure
I would say "better" is debatable. I mean- id prob rather have the guy shooting 70+% scoring 15 points a game, instead of 51% scoring 18 a game- while taking 6 more shots (almost double the shots) each game. Their is a reason why guys dont take as many mid-range shots in todays game- they are less efficient.
70% shooting, taking almost half the shots, for a small number of additional points seems like a positive trade off.
Yep. I can see moving on but why take trash back for a player that has value? The fuck the Hawks doing? Reddish has been showing some promise. If you don't want to keep him long term since he's due for the rookie extension, you gotta get more for him than a bust (Kevin Knox) and a 1st round pick that's likely gonna be somewhere in the late teens/early 20s. You basically just gave him away.
That they would be…Just imagine how much better the Knicks would be if you were their coach.
That they would be…
. From my vantage point the Knicks have led in just about every game they have played . Had sizable leads that should never be given up on such a consistent basis.
I know that is rampant throughout the league, and why is that? Cause the 3?
Or is it because the players are no
Longer coachable?
If he can’t get minutes with the Knicks not sure how he gets minutes in Atlanta. Atlanta got a guy on a rookie deal they will let walk.Seems to me the reddish deal is to reunite him with barret and to give Knox a chance to play more… sympathy trade
Yeah I don't understand it either. That pick isn't great but I assume that will be coupled in another deal...still, Knicks won that without a doubtDamn! They got Reddish for trash. Nice move.
Gobert is the better defender imo. I agreemore versatile? sure

Have to think this is revelation of a small part of a larger plan because you’re right, this makes no sense.Yeah I don't understand it either. That pick isn't great but I assume that will be coupled in another deal...still, Knicks won that without a doubt
I thought Knox was out of the league or in the D-League lolYep. I can see moving on but why take trash back for a player that has value?
This is unprofessional but I teach a Kevin Knox this year and on day one as I’m seating the kids I asked him if he played for the Knicks. He was not amused haha.I thought Knox was out of the league or in the D-League lol

The other team's players are coachable. Just not the Knicks. That they would be…

Does anyone not see a correlation here about how all of a sudden Wiggy values high percentage, low volume shots from his center when the Cavs JUST SO HAPPEN TO HAVE A SIMILAR TYPE PLAYER?
Valuing a guy for put backs and lobs is great, but let's not pretend he's more valuable offensively because he doesn't create his own shots.
I keep waiting for an answer on if Wiggy has ever made a good take (that wasn't already something everyone knew). The lack of response is my answer.Does anyone not see a correlation here about how all of a sudden Wiggy values high percentage, low volume shots from his center when the Cavs JUST SO HAPPEN TO HAVE A SIMILAR TYPE PLAYER?
