Well the Lakers might oblige him and the Trailblazers but Lillard's contract would have to be pro-rated into the future because the Lakers won't go into the luxury tax territory for anybody. They let Caruso walk for that very reason.

If I am Portland I let Lillard walk.
No way in hell are you getting anywhere with him making 50 million a year. Unreal these players lol Portland can get way better value with that 50 million .

They already failed him just as Minny did KG. Trade him in the summer and rebuild

I don't get why people get mad at players for wanting the most money they can get. When you are offered a job, do you ask them for the lowest salary they can possibly give you for that position or do you try and negiotate for as high as they can go

Not mad at all. I just think he isnt worth it.
Portland will be better without him. Get some young hungry guys in there.

I agree with him
ehh......i dunno...maybe

1. Nets
2. Bucks
3. Bulls
4. Sixers
5. Heat
6. Celtics
7. Hawks

(not necesarily in that order- just naming teams)

all 7 of those teams are going for it- are win-now teams- have experience and talent.

That leaves 1 spot for Wiz, Hornets, Cavs, Knicks.

thats not easy. Play-in is definitely possible.

but- who knows- the schedule gets a lot easier. If they stay healthy maybe they can pass another team.

The Sixers need to make the Simmons deal. If they make a good deal they can improve pretty substantially.

which of those 7 teams do you think there is a chance the Cavs could finish ahead of? Hawks maybe? Celtics would be tough. Heat if they suffer another major injury?
