I'd be ok with that, personally. Flagrant 2's should be very rare and heavily discouraged.

That being said: what LeBron did last night wasn't a borderline case. That was a no-doubt Flag 2, and worthy of suspension based on past precedent (when Jae Crowder got clocked by a similar swinging back-fist).

This season isn't even 20 games in yet, but there have been at least 3 major incidents already with fines, ejections and suspensions involving 6 teams. ( Nuggets-Heat, Jazz-Pacers, & Lakers-Pistons )

The league better crack down on these scuffles real soon.

Yes it was a deliberate cheapshot by LeBron. Now did he intended to hit him that bad in the face I doubt it but still made the swing with intent.
