My take on the situation was it was intentional and it wasn't. It looked to me Lebron legit got frustrated with the shoving on the foul shot and went to give him a little oomph, then go up the court. Just a little something to let him know you're frustrated. But he missed Stewart's chest and actually hit him in the face. And he also did it harder than he meant to. Which is why Lebron is immediately like "Bro, sorry. My bad". But then Stewart completely loses his damn mind and all bets are off.

But I don't even care. I'm more upset this was even a game. Detroit has a bright future but they are complete shit right now and the Lakers were getting wrecked. That is inexcusable under any circumstance. It's rare to hire an outside coach in season, but it needs to happen. Vogel has no clue what he's doing with this roster right now

This season isn't even 20 games in yet, but there have been at least 3 major incidents already with fines, ejections and suspensions involving 6 teams. ( Nuggets-Heat, Jazz-Pacers, & Lakers-Pistons )

The league better crack down on these scuffles real soon.

I disagree. LeBron may not have positively intended to clock Stewart in the eye, but the closed fist is totally reckless and a total non-basketball move.

Just suspend every player who commits a flagrant 2 if you suspend Lebron for that. All flagrant 2 are reckless and non basketball moves
