Harden playing like CP. Getting Embiid, Maxey and Harris the ball...and that is way better than him and Embiid each getting 30-35 a game.

But his shooting has declined a lot.

Embiid gets his 30. Harden 20-22. Maxey 18-20. And Harris 16-18 is the way they can win.

Philly's got real problems on the defensive end, though... a lot of targets on their roster.

They better outscore teams... (but it's hard to play that way and win a title)

So do the Nets.
Two answers to that:

a) The Nets got KD, though.

b) The Nets are probably not gonna win a title, either.

(but I'd put money on the Nets before I'd put it on Philly)

The Sixers have Embiid.

He is pretty good.

KD is just a killer.

He's not KD.

(In fairness, part of the problem is his position... Embiid is a dominant 5 in a day and age where the position has gone from most important to least)

Also they have Kyrie. As much shit as people want to give Kyrie, I think we can all say he is more trustworthy in the playoffs than Harden

I concur.

I like Kyrie as a clear 2nd fiddle way more than I like Kyrie as "the man".

And I positively worry about placing any trust in Harden.

Yep. Philly lacks athleticism and two way players. I’m not going to be too critical because the goal was to find that star to play with Embiid and they had to sacrifice roster construction to make it happen. However, it’s trending towards they invested in the wrong star in Harden who looks like he is cooked unless he is pulling an elaborate Muhammad Ali style roppa dope where he is sandbagging and gonna turn it on for the playoffs (this is a joke; it’s not likely to happen at all)
