PG missed 40 games, Kawhi missed them all.
And? Clippers have an actual front office to make trades and didn't make a move for Westbrook.

I think most important is that only one and a half of them are currently performing at a Hall of Fame level. Those 5 HOFers have played what, about 20 games together this year?
I’ve been saying Embiid is the most dominant two way player in the league since last season. You’re right there’s no need to continue with this. Sports today is about analytics. Bad timing for Embiid and great timing for a guy who stat stuffs and is loved by analytics.

You're such a homer you still think Embiid should have won MVP last season even though he misses 21 games and Jokic played every game.
And if he doesn't win MVP can't wait to see what kinda silly things you'll be saying. Because your excuses will be pure comedy.
But with all that being said I think Embiid wins it. He'll get the nod because the 76ers are having a better season.
We will see. The Bontemps final straw poll has been out for four seasons and in all 4 cases who they predicted in the final straw poll comes to fruition.
He’s not winning MVP. I already said that. You don’t have to search hard for my reason why. It’s all here. People who don’t know the game lean on analytics to tell them who is good and who isn’t.You're such a homer you still think Embiid should have won MVP last season even though he misses 21 games and Jokic played every game.

Embiid is still carrying that team even with Harden. Watch the games bro. That better season is pretty marginal, just 1.5 games back. The Sixers were able to replace their missing star by trading for Harden. Nuggets are still relying on role players to fill the void. I would say that's a wash.
Yep. Analytics love Joker just like the computers loved David Robinson when MJ was winning MVPs. The admiral wasn’t even the best player on his team but the computers loved him.So, they were right when they picked Jokic over Embiid last year then? Jokic is having a statistical season not seen in 50 years.
Nuggets' Nikola Jokic's Mind-Blowing Numbers That Prove He's The True MVP
The Denver Nuggets are in the middle of an intense playoff chase, with positioning in the western conference on the line. The biggest reason for the team’s success once again has been the play of Nuggets center Nikola Jokic. The reigning league MVP is among those talked about in line to win the...clutchpoints.com

Why does that matter? How do you measure who is the better player by looking at other players?...and who do the Nuggets have playing that is even close to Harden's level?
You gotta explain this. In '95 when Robinson won MVP he averaged 27.6 ppg, 10.8 rebs & 3.2 blks.
If he wasn't the best player on that Spurs team who was?

LOL. Yeah, because a $35M player affects the depth of a roster just like a $9.6M player.
My bad. Post Duncan coming to the Spurs he was never the best player. You gotta explain this. In '95 when Robinson won MVP he averaged 27.6 ppg, 10.8 rebs & 3.2 blks.

Or that opens the door for said player to compile stats. We see this with bad teams all the time. Someone has to score. Someone has to assist. Someone has to rebound. This is the MVP. Most valuable player. The player that contributes the most to his team's success. Pretty simple to follow that a team with better surrounding players relies less on their star player to accomplish virtually the same level of success.
