I think Rooks could be a decent late round pick. I read good things and NC State was garbage at WR last year, should at least get some looks.

I wish more players like Rooks would make a decision to go to a school like NC State. Sure, they don't have the great QB and it was a mess there last year, but he will get PT right away and has every chance to be a stud there not playing in front of 10 other 4/5 star guys.
