Yeah, I think Smith should be on there too. The TFL is the thing that jumps out.

He is a 2nd team All-Pro but should be 1st for sure.

Also should have included pass coverage stats because those do play a big factor.

As a Hawk fan, I was surprised to see Wagner as a 1st teamer... He had a down season to his standards... I wouldn't had voted him 1st team... 2nd team? Definitely debatable...

Cole Beasley? Come on man
Meanwhile... A Rob got zero votes

Allen Robinson: 102 catches, 1,250 yards, 6 TD, 5 broken tackles, 68 first downs (1 drop in 145 targets this year - INSANE)

Second-team All-Pro Cole Beasley: 82 catches, 967 yards, 4 TD, 1 broken tackle, 53 first downs

Yeah, as much as I like Fred Warner's play, I think Smith and Warner should switch.
I admit I haven’t watched the Bears much outside of highlight reels... But man I was very impressed with Smith this year.

Warner is pressed into coverage duties a lot so I have to wonder if that swayed votes.

There is no GM in the league that would consider Cole Beasley over about 50 other guys. That's a stupid ass choice. He benefitted from injuries from the other Bills receivers and a high powered offense and a guy named Diggs.

A Rob over him for sure.

I think PFF did a better job with their list, especially with the secondary. I like the inclusion of Jessie Bates in the 1st team and Bradberry in the 2nd team. I also like Jaire more than Jalen

Fred Warner has been the best OTB LB in football this year. His play has supplanted Leonard, Wagner, Smith....whomever. On a completely decimated defense, he dominated. Best thing is, he just started playing MIKE only three years ago.....sky is the limit. Just hope it doesn't come down to a DeFo situation and SF has to move on from him.....

2nd team is bullshit for this guy. The best shut down corner in the league. He just does not have many interceptions. They are not as easy to get when they throw to the other side of the field

I agree with casual fans overvaluing interceptions - you should check the Cowboy board where all people do is seem to judge DBs on ints,,,BUT,,,that is not the most impressive graphic. Go back and check the WRs Revis completely shut down the year he lost defensive MVP to Woodson. That was a feat. This is mostly a list of marginal players :noidea:
