Lakers won't replace Howard, 'hopeful' he'll play


I know he's dealing with some shit but he really needs to play if the Lakers are going to win the title. I don't think we can win without him and Bradley. That's two valuable role players out. Clippers have too much depth as is.

What stuff is he dealing with alimony? Think he has like eight kids with several different women. Total class.

One of his kids had their mom unexpectedly die from a seizure a few months ago. He's only 6 years old so Howard has been spending most of his time with him

You do realize the only reason the leagues are trying to get something going is money, right? Money > health.

I don't think its all about money. Some of those teams had been pushing for something like this because they fear the teams that got to play would have an advantage going into next season due to them already being in shape. And it makes some sense. The non-bubble teams would basically go 9 months without playing.
