Definitely looked more active. Only one period, but when the Hawks had the puck the Flyers looked like they were trying to get it back. In the Hakstol days, once opponents got the puck (regardless of location), the plan to get the puck back seemed to be 'force a low percentage shot and have the goalie cover it'.

Thought that was a pretty solid game. Struggled a little moving the puck out of their own zone I thought. But in general, I thought they played a solid game.

Konecny easily the player of the game.

I thought Hagg was pretty solid.

Provorov was up and down. Offensively I thought he was pretty good, but struggled a little in the defensive half.

Couple great plays by Hayes to close it out. Thought he had a pretty good game in general too.

Also, was thinking this during the game. I think when the Flyers go 4th line vs 4th line with other teams, Raffl will frequently be the best player on the ice. That's a good position to be in.
