2017 Lakers Off Season Thread

Kuzma was drafted by the Nets and came over with a trade with the Lakers.

We haven't even seen Josh Hart yet. Zubac is trying to do well tonight but he's having a down night so far.

Wolves lead by 12 going into the fourth. The Lakers still look a bit out of sorts so I don't know if they quite have it together to get all the way back in the fourth.

Too many TOs tonight. We have 15 so far. This will have to be remedied as I am sure this is due to the preseason problems.

Jordon looks pretty good nailing an outside jumper. BTW, the Honda Center is sold-out for tonight's game.

Larry Nance Jr has picked up right where he left off from last year. He is skywalking again and his hustle is just as voracious as last year.

Not too bad even with all of the mistakes and the fact that it is preseason. 108-99 the final tally. This team has the potential to be really good in the next couple of years. Loads of talent for sure. Onward we go...

Not a bad start really. Especially when you consider they've only had 4 days of training camp and don't have a solid offense in place.

Kuzma stood out for me. He has the tools to become really special!

I know the Lakers lost, but I actually think the Lakers did pretty good. We already knew that none of the regular starters would play much if at all. The pre-season is about interviewing potential players and so far - Kuzma is looking like a keeper.

This team has a great upside. I am not even counting on george in the offseason. However, i do think this will be an attractive team for free-agents.

I agree with all points on the previous posts. We have turned a very old corner and we are headed in the right direction. Magic has this team returning to prominence with the talent he has assembled. EXCELLENT!!

I am sorry that Mitch got fired but he was not smart enough to do this

I think mitch just could not handle the new NBA. He did not change his philosophy since the early 2000's.

I truly believed that the NBA had past Mitch by and with the continual meddling of that idiot Short Buss, Mitch didn't have a fighting chance at longevity and his days were indeed numbered!
