Baseball question for you doug. Detroit leans heavily on two players...Verlander and Cabrera. Both have failed to carry the team at any point so far this year. Verlander is 4-4 with a 4.68 ERA and a WHIP just a shade under 1.50. Cabrera is no where near his usual .300 BA, has only 5 homers and has not had a homer since May 20th. My question for you is this....Do you think these aging veterans have something left in the tank? Or do you think that as the season drags on into the hot months, that it will be tougher for these older guys to overcome nagging injuries and regain their ''star'' form?
