Twins Win, which is good since Nik Hurley is making his big league debut tomorrow and I have no idea how that is going to go.

Next weekend looks to be a big show down series. Can't wait!

Hey Royals fans are you ready to start selling? The thing is we are only 4.5 games behind Cleveland so it would be tough on the fans to see our beloved starters go. But if we wait till the season is over we get nothing for any of them. The sooner we sell the more prospects we get. It will hurt a lot to see Moose, Hoz, and Cain go. I think we could afford Escobar for a few more seasons and I think we will pay out the money to keep one of the others. I think we will make a good offer for Hosmer, there aren't a lot of teams that need a first baseman and his numbers don't command 30 mill a season. But as much as it will hurt, it will be exciting to see prospects which we only get if we sell midseason. Prospects can be exciting too and our farm system is not that good as it stands. And we will still have a team considering we've still got Perez, Kennedy, Gordon, Merrifield, Bonifacio, Duffy, and some promising young pitchers. Another one we will lose is Vargas who we may get a premium for the way he is playing. Lets just pull off the bandage fast and get on with the prospects. Moose can be replaced by Cuthbert, we have plenty of outfielders assuming Soler can play at least replacement level ball till he gets going. I want to get back to the World Series and it ain't happening this year but we could get there in 4 years if we are smart.

Doug! Good to see you here today. I thought that little incident yesterday, when you were arrested at your class reunion for vagrancy and indecent exposure, would cause you to "hole up" for awhile.
