Offense needed to be better but goals were against us all night. No luck.

Btw so happy to have Cory back!!!! I couldn't see another game go by without letting up 4 goals...

These games in hand were supposed to be our trump card, let's go.

We actually showed up and just couldn't catch breaks. Lot of guys got banged up, some hometown officiating, that first goal was a crazy one in a million fluke, the Marchand cheapshot just adding insult to injury. Tough game.

Salvador said refs apologized to Devils after game for the Wood call. Yeah thanks guys, we're all good now.

Couple of other notes:

Taylor Hall is far and away our MVP, we win that game if he plays.

Zacha has looked awesome of late

I think Palmieri is still hurting, something about his skating is off, that explosiveness and tenacity isn't there.

I think Mojo may be on Lindros level with his head injuries at this point. Could explain why he's been so skittish and timid this year.

If Schneider is out (he definitely pulled or tweaked something) who do we go with? Is Appleby the guy? Do we call up Eddie Lack?

Agreed with Hall. With his absence, this is when I was hoping Nico could do a little more(advance for his age).

Pal's hasn't been the same, Mojo has been overrated(unless injuries have set him back).

Cory, i can't.... I can't with this guy, injury or not, he plays the same over the last two years.

I say f it and start Appleby... not much difference and he's put on two shutouts in limited time.

and again, I really think something is super flawed in the defensive concept. Dates back to last year but why doesn't Vatanan(others have done the same) take out the puck carrier in that 2 on 1 situation that led to a goal?

I'm told its to cut the pass, fuck that pass, he's(not alone) giving the puck carrier a clear lane, PS almost, to the goalie. I don't understand it when I see and it happens over and over.

That sh*t needs to stop! take the puck out and force him to move it.

Goalies are left to hang in those situations, i can't understand it.

Hate to make excuses, but team has no luck whatsoever right now. Posts, refs, injuries, everything is just not going right.
