yeah, Springstein has always been able to draft very savvily with very little time for preparation.

I remember thinking the same thing when he took over for Q in the middle of the draft in one of those very early years of this league.

In fact, I remember wondering during that draft whether he was just an alter ego of DC's

I really liked the value at RB over the lat 12 picks or so.

Linwood is probably the early favorite for steal of the draft there.

I thought Adams and Daniels were pretty good value. Both guys should step into 1000 yard and double digit score seasons.

My last pick might be a bit of a reach but so were the 5 right in front of me so I'm not lonely.

K-State should throw much better with quarterbacks who have more accurate arms. K-State normally has only 2 or 3 WRs put up any catches at all - - quite concentrated on just a few receivers.

i'm not all that thrilled with my starting lineup this year, tbh.

i don't regret any of my picks - i think i picked as well as i could at every position, but my pre-round targets are almost always being taken 1-3 picks ahead of me. never by the same team, mind you, but the guys i want are consistently taken right before i get to take them.

@SpringStein I know I went over the basics of scoring with you, but make sure to check the rules and such thread started by JB. Free agency has changed since you were last in the league. (Not that you would remember even if it didn't because that was like a decade ago)... We no longer have a waiver order, we use points like your MOFFL does. I'm pretty good at least for the first week to remind people of when waiver deadline is to be emailed. Just don't wait til the last minute to set you lineup every week like SportsGuru does.

That change was made between the first season (2004) and the second (2005).
