I loved Vonn Bell but I like Hooker's upside more, honestly. I think he's more athletic and a better ballhawk. He may be our best safety in quite some time.

NFL teams pay premium price for very good secondary players. Hooker will be a 1st rounder as soon as he declares eligibility for the draft.
