Not only that but LBJ Cleveland team in 2010 was much worse than this OKC team. You actually understood why he would want to team up with another superstar. KD was playing with a top 5 player for basically his entire career. Cowardly move if you ask me.

That is also true, in fact OKC is a playoff team without KD. The same couldn't be said for Cleveland (obviously)

James started this when he came to Miami.
The Heat benefited, the Cavs benefited.
The Warriors are now prob the biggest favorite to win of all time.

Unless, as I've said, they end max contracts, then this is the new reality of the NBA, and at this point, the Warriors Big 4 is locked for years based on the current contracts of Klay/Draymond.

Only way it changes is if CBA changes before he and Curry sign next year.

Either way this is the most coward move ever. No doubt about it. Lebron went to Miami and they werent already the best and not close to it.

KD's reason is to grow as a player and a man. Curry and Thompson are not like other prominent NBA players. Those 3 used to do bible study together when they were traveling during international tournaments. All 3 are of supreme character. Since most other NBA stars lead different lifestyles, it is easy to see the appeal here. This is about more than just winning titles.

Say what you will now, but in 20 years, this move will barely be discussed. Durant will be known as a champion. Had he stayed in OKC long term, he likely would have gone down as the next Karl Malone.
