8:25pm on Christmas Eve will give me a nice 4 hours to not talk to my family.
I can't see myself getting a chance to slip away and watch any of that one.

Denver's D is good enough to win games for them regardless of who is playing QB, and we won't have Burfict..We could easily open 0-3 and there's a chance at 1-5.

But if they don't fall apart at 1-5, they could easily rip off 6 or the next 7. If they do happen to win 3 or 4 of the first 6, they'll be set up for a top 2 seed.

Don't disagree with you there. I think WR play in our first 3 or 4 games is going to go a long way in whether or not we make the playoffs

There's still time for some Steelers to get suspended for a couple of games.

Last year's schedule was the most brutal we ever had. Four trips to the West Coast when we sometimes never cross the Mississippi River. And we did great.

This one is a piece of cake.

The entire team has September 18th circled, except for Burfict, as was mentioned. (Chickenshit NFL scheduling Pittspuke during Burfict's suspension.)

What an easy schedule. They don't even need a plane (except to get "home" to London). They could drive a Winebago to all the games as there are only two trips outside the Eastern Time Zone, and those are in Texas.

I'm very serious. I don't see how this team doesn't "at least" go 13-3. I think we go into New England 5-0 with it being the most important game all year, as it will be the tie-breaker for the #1 seed, and loser has a game to make up on top of that. That game will be worth two games with it's outcome.

I realize the weekend is almost here..... But you really need to spread out your drinking. Save some for Friday and Saturday, okay?

I'll go out on a limb and say the Ravens are going to be good this year. I think Mike Wallace and Perriman are a huge upgrade to their WR corps, Weddle helps the secondary, and Ozzie hits a HR on a top 10 pick. I say they split with Baltimore and Pittsburgh, and they split the toughest out of division games (NE, DEN, NYG, NYJ, DAL HOU). 11-5 if the team stays relatively healthy

always players getting injured.

10-6, playoffs, one and done.
we should win the 1 playoff game, but players do weird things like commit sill fouls, fumble snaps, and other timely and suspicious things to get us out of the playoffs.

so FOX has Bills @ Bengs. Is that odd?

I think the television contract isn't as straight forward as it used to be..... There are now possibilities for AFC teams playing more on Fox and NFC teams playing more on CBS. Not sure how the bidding for particular games work though.....

Lucky us, we get to play at New England in week 6, Tom Brady's first home game after serving his suspension.

The NFL threw New England a bone when they made the schedule..... They gave them a tough NFC road game that probably doesn't have much consequence if they lose..... And they gave them three straight home games that they probably win with a back-up followed by a roadie at Cleveland. They'll likely be 4-1 when we play them.

Yes..... I don't think we'll ever forget what it's like to get pissy Tom in primetime. As bad as we are in that spot, it wouldn't have mattered anyway - New England would have ran through the 85 Bears that night.
