Raonic to lose and maintain the losing legacy of Rafa's conquerors ladder.

I like Konga vs Serena for the ladies final.

Yes I believe that would complete the ladder. So Djoko better beat Fed. But he is always so tense and nervous and anxious when playing Fed cause he has that fear of losing and knows Fed is the only one that is capable of beating him if he serves well.

Not watching semis. Too late for me. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and check the scores but thats it. Tennis bores me these days. Stopped playing a couple of years now so its even less appealing.

I won't be able to stay up and watch the Nole/Fed match, either. I would try to DVR it and watch it when I get home on Thur, but there's no way I wouldn't find out the result before that.

Would love to see Fed win it, but I think Nole will win it in 4.

Same here. I will probably DVR the finals as well but I'm home on Sundays so I can just watch it as soon as I wake up without finding out the result.

worse for nadal to be unable to beat a 32 year old that dudi sela beat with ease 48 hours later

it's beyond stupid for the commentators to act like verdasco's win over nadal somehow didn't count

i'm talking about reality, not hypotheticals

I'm not taking away from Verdasco's win. He deserved the win over Nadal.

I'm just looking at his goals of making a deep run in a major again, and how he was unable to do that. I would want him to achieve his goal.

It's a bad result for Nadal the same way FED's loss to Seppi was last year, or Dustin Brown beating Nadal was.

Raonic-Wawrinka:

Raonic moved better than I've ever seen him before. He looked like a complete player.

I don't like seeing Wawrinka lose, but I didn't want to see either player lose really.

I liked how both were playing.

For the SF and Finals, I take a nap after dinner then wake up to watch. It's usually worked for me since 2012 during the AO.

But, if I need to, I could go through the workday and not get the result spoiled, then watch then I get home on the DVR.

Patrick McEnroe and Brad Gilbert aren't giving Raonic a chance.

I think that could be a great match and could see Raonic winning.

I like Fed in this one for some reason. The last few times it's been Fed off to a fast start but then I feel like he starts to go for too much because he doesn't want to get into a long match with Nole. I'm hoping he plays a bit more defense if he gets up early again put some if that pressure back on Nole. He's been the beneficiary of some easy points on big points in Slams vs Fed without even having to hit many shots. I think Fed did tgat really well vs Berdych. Hopefully he keeps the same strategy in this match

Fed v Djok
If you DVR'd, just forward to the 6th game of the 3rd set. Fucking brilliance.

Nole kicked into another gear. I think the delay hurt Fed and he didnt quite look pumped after that.

Fed ever beating Nole in a best of 5 is just wishful thinking at this point. I ended up waking up and watching the last 2 sets, and Fed had to give just about everything he had in the tank just to win a set.

Raonic has zero chance against Nole, and Murray would have to play like he did back in 2012-2013 to do it.

Work has imposed itself on my Aussie Open viewing in a huge way.

But I did see that match last night. She crushed the little girlie girl in Set 1. And once she got her focus back at the tail of Set 2 as well.

I like Kerber but she is in tough....

Just finished Federer vs Serby. Roger has nothing for Serby.

Really hope Raonic gets bounced....
