The Kings haven't gotten the memo yet today that they are supposed to keep tanking, leading the Jazz by 15.

Even when you win, you lose?

Honestly, the draft hasn't worked out well for the Kings.

So, might as well win some games.

I was reading a article about Zach Lavine and how he could lose money if he signs an extension this Summer and I am shocked at how poorly his draft class has performed.

Andrew Wiggins is the only guy I would give a max.

He needs to get that killer instinct. But, the talent is there.

Lavine, Parker, Embiid ....I would give a Curry injury discount deal.

Smart, Hood I'd give a half assed offer below market.

Julius Randle, Saric I'd need another year.

Harris, Warren, Capela...meh....if the price is right.

Gordon...no.

Exum, Staukus, Vonleh....no, no, hell no.

Elfrid Payton...Lmfao


This has to be the worst draft class in history.

Worst in history is being harsh, if Parker and Embiid hadn't been fucked over by injuries you could make the case that both would be worth max money. LaVine might not be max but he's gonna get paid plenty if he plays well back from his injury. Randle, Saric, Hood, Smart, Harris, Warren, Capela, and Gordon are all at least solid role players with some of them being good enough to start. I think you can find a worse nba draft than that, although I'm not gonna spend time searching for one.

Sure. He's allowed to have a bad game. Michael Jordan had bad games. Point is he's not some bum as you think he is. He has been amazing for Washington

It is true that the Kings have failed a lot with recent drafts, but that'll change at some point. And with the draft being as deep as it is this year, having 2 lottery picks(1 possibly in the top 5) sounds much better than 1 or 0 lottery picks. I want young players like WCS, Buddy, and Skal to improve along the way, and I expect them to win a few games before the season is over, but it's better for the long term success if they keep losing.

4 of 6 isn't every other game. He had 2 bad games since he been on Washington.

He is avg 15 PPG on over 53% shooting.
