if the Lakers dont keep their pick obviously there is ZERO chance he ends up a Laker....all comes down to lotto night and who has the most ping pong balls in the hopper and who gets lucky!!!The Kings and 76ers ending up top 3 is the only chance we have to get Ball. I'd be very happy with that pick, he's a great player. I just want him on a team not named the Lakers so his dad can be upset.
Lonzo Ball's dad must have a helluva crack dealer.
I guess it's a good time to say that I haven't been serious about anything I've said about Kyrie Irving in the last half hour. Just playing the role of an Irving fanboy.
actually it DIRECTLY addresses those-This post completely ignores the fact that he has had at least 2 occurrences and when he took his last physical in an attempt to return, there had been another event that pointed to a potential 3rd clotting issue. In other words, it's not going away.
This post also ignores that all clotting issues are not the same. Just because a couple of other players had those issues and were able to recover, doesn't mean Bosh's situation is the same.
It's amazing the some who claims to be "ridiculously more informed than anyone on these boards" can't grasp those simple facts.
The dude needs to understand that he's not doing his son any favors. Players will target him for the stuff his Dad is saying.
I'm all for supporting and believing in your kid, but you gotta know when to just shut the hell up and be a little humble.
theres something you dont know about me joe rogan.....So do you & Lonzo's pops get yer rocks from the same dealer?
that would be ridiculous.I'm good with that. If the Kings win the lottery and the 76ers make the top 3, that would I think lock the 76ers in to two top 5 picks this year.
actually it DIRECTLY addresses those-
I mean- how much clearer can you get then saying "it depends on the severity and probability of a recurrence"
plenty of guys have played in the NBA after having blood clot issues- it just depends on how serious they are- and the probability that they re-occur. It cant get any more clear than that.
How can you possibly say "its not going away"? are you a doctor? have you looked at reports?
obviously since bosh has had multiple episodes his chance of a reoccurence is higher than a guy who has only had one issue---- but to say just because he has had multiple occurrences that "its not going away" is based on nothing but opinion. He might have a higher probability- and probably does- but to definitively say "its not going away" playing armchair doctor is asinine.
thats kinda fucked up if you ask meI'm good with that. If the Kings win the lottery and the 76ers make the top 3, that would I think lock the 76ers in to two top 5 picks this year.
thats kinda fucked up if you ask me
if the Lakers finish with the 2nd worst record- its basically a coin flip if they keep a top 3 pick...that seems kinda messed up....not a top 2 pick, a top 3 pick....you would think there would be a higher probability than basically a coin flip to keep get at least the 3rd pick- if they are once again the 2nd worst team in the league.
if they finish 3rd worst- that means they have LESS than a 50% chance...
with the way they are playing- id prob expect them to stay in the basement of the West- but its not like the Suns or kings are winning very many games either
that trade literally killed their franchise for a probably a decade.Yeah, that's why you don't trade away draft picks like they did. More messed up is Brooklyn. They already gave up the 3rd overall pick last year and will probably lose two more top 3 picks in the next two years . . . all because they wanted Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett, who both ended up playing like 1 season for them.

obviously they wont finish as the worst team with the Nets holding the top claim there by a fair margin.
Imagine what will be said if Magic shows up on lottery night and the Lakers get the #1 pick?
shit...it wont be by some miracle- its basically a 50/50 shot if you are either in 2nd or 3rd position- and with how craptastic the Lakers are- i dont see them climbing to 4th, do you?I'm getting a bit sick of the lottery now. Even if by some miracle the Lakers do hold on to a top 3 pick, i'd damn well hope they trade it in a package for a star player.
