Well they have- and guess what? They also gave him minority ownership as part of his deal too. But, I think the owner knew he messed up because he has since released another statement trying to distance himself from Trump's personal/social views.

The owner only acknowledged having a productive meeting with Trump. So saying he messed up is not accurate.
