Last night of the regular season. Pretty good season. An all time great season from Westbrook, Durant's injury and the Warriors never lost a step, the Cavs looking vulnerable. Could be an interesting playoffs.

Can someone explain to me why the Warriors will have trouble keeping Iggy and Livingston?

I understand they have to use cap to sign Durant and that Steph will have a caphold.

But, don't they have birds rights on everyone, sans Durant?

Is it a hardcap issue?
