Also never gonna happen, obviously. Besides, resting isn't a playoff thing. You know who the best teams are after 50 games. 30+ more is purely about money.

Yep. 1st round of the playoffs used to be 3 games, the 2nd round was 5 games and only the conference finals and finals went 7 games.

Then, the NBA realized more games = more money.

I really have no hope to be honest with you. It's nice to make to game 82 with a chance at the playoffs but I'm expecting the Pacers and Bulls to win rather easily.

The Hornets really fucked us over. No way were Milwaukee winning a meaningless game in Boston on Wednesday especially with Boston needing that game to clinch the top seed. If the Hornets won tonight then we wouldn't need any help. Just simply win vs Washington.

If our season ends on Wednesday or if it is extended for another 1.5 to 2 weeks, I don't regret anything we did this season. This no question beats out season being over at the end of January and just going through the motions.
