Bennett was drafted by Grant -- not Griffin.
In his first draft, Griffin took Wiggins.

Only that it IS the reason Kerr rested his stars. The home team's stars weren't playing, but that doesn't matter? What does that have to do w/ the fact Steph sat during a nationally televised game? Oh yeah, nothing. Trojanfan12 asked me to name another superstar that sat during a nationally televised game vs. a playoff team. So I answered him.
why should the warriors rest anyone?
Nice to see someone in their 20's who could careless about rest.
Why should the Cavs rest anyone?
if they played the Lakers on saturday they would have
they wanted Kyrie and Love to have an extra day off before they played again.
there would have been no point to resting them sunday. they have Monday and Tuesday off- 2 days-
they didnt need Sunday, Monday, Tuesday to get ready for the nuggets----
they didnt want Kyrie to play so soon after hurting his knee- and they didnt want Love to play so soon after coming back from knee surgery.
i seriously have no clue why this is so hard to comprehend.
I think they learned their lesson last season chasing 73.
I believe that using extra thar effort and emotion cost them them title.

Why not play James Saturday to give them a fighting chance vs guarantee losing by 30?
Then play Kyrie/Love on Sunday.
Wouldnt that have given them their best chance to win both?
I think only reason they didnt take that approach was because they have no real belief that Love/Kyrie minus James can beat anyone and had they lost to the Lakers could you even imagine?
As far as all the resting goes, the marquee teams are sending a message to the league: do something about this. I'm all for it.
And they already are starting the season a week earlier next year, so there should be less scheduling nonsense. Also, as some have mentioned, ABC and the others just need to stop scheduling the marquee games as 2nd game of a back to back.

No, Draymond's suspension cost them the title. Also if Kyrie misses that last shot, the Warriors win the title, and all the narratives are different.
