Anytime Isner breaks you twice in a set there is no way you're winning that set.

nice win by isner. his serve was just untouchable tonight (80% first serve percentage is absurd), and returning is still a glaring weakness for dimitrov.

dimitrov also hasn't seemed to be all there mentally at either IW or in Miami. i'm predicting either a breakup with screamapova, or a switch to a real tennis coach soon. maybe both.

You guys had it from the begining. You cant beat Isner if you do not reurn well. Best case you lose 2 tie breaks unless he is not serving well.

Just got in from work to se Novak down a set and a break to Dolgopolov.

Even if Nole somehow comes back against Dolgopolov, I don't like his chances much this week. He's got to be tired. IW plays like a major, but with less rest. Playing Miami right after it and being in top form is kind of unrealistic.

Would be nice if they either push back clay court season or play IW a few weeks later. Playing 2 top tournaments like these 2 B2B is tough on any player especially those who make a deep run at IW and is expected to do the same at Miami a week later

I think people forget that Dolgopolov is a very good player.

He got up to 13 in the world, and has several wins over top 10 players, including over Rafa last year at IW.
