Scott thinks these old school games work with todays players- I saw him try and do it with Waiters and Irving to disastrous effect. He needs to realize what worked 15 years ago does not necesarily work today. There is no doubt he is a lifer basketball guy that brings knowledge to any situation -but I just dont see him adjusting to the times- thats what I saw in Cleveland anyway and it sure looks like that is happening again in LA.
