Yeah, people were lining up to see who could overreact the most. As soon as I heard about Russell's apology and how he owned what happened, I figured they'd be ok.

Yep, when Russell apologized and Young accepted, the whole thing was pretty much done and then Raja Bell looks like a total dweeb. He should stick to finishing his already dead career.

Loved what the young guys did tonight. Kobe had 2 points and watched most of the game on the bench. Great game for the next young core of great Lakers players!

Russell may have apologized and Young accepted it, but this is not just going to go away.

the media side of it will die down, but it's going to take a very long time for anyone to ever trust him again ( and may continue to be alienated by some teammates and definitely by other players around the league ).

this is going to wear on him for quite some time as he sees the ripple effect of what his actions have caused.

this doesn't just go away because the season is about to end.

Russell may never get the trust of his Laker teammates back. He's a kid & did something that was very childish. He really needs a new start, I suggest the Lakers trade Russell to the Celtics for as little as possible.
