Crosby and Malkin, friends with Goc, not sure why this is questioned. Chicago has no room, nor does the kings. This is a smart move and it's one year in case it fails it's no lose both sides.

Kings could have made it happen. That's only $1M more than they're paying Regehr and Ehrhoff is a clear upgrade.

I guess the one year is the surprise. My honest opinion - and I'll be here to eat my crow if wrong - is that the Pens aren't a real contender this year.
