Did you see Dufner's 9 on # 13? That was pure shit. I couldn't believe it. On the green in 2 shots on a par 5 and he makes a 9!

Did not see that...Wow...had to find the water...more than once I'm thinking.

Still early, but the projected cut line is moving...now @ +7.

Bubba had a nice start...the bogey @ 9 put him 1 off the lead heading to 11.

Idk if we're going to see many low scores from the afternoon wave...wind seems to be picking up...Phil @ +4 needs to makes some hay on the 2 par 5s on the back, but he's in the Azaleas on #13...probably not going to make a 4 from there.

Yea...I'm watching via streaming and they now think the cut line is moving down to +4, maybe even 3+ pending how the afternoon wave does, but Phil is @ +6 so you're right I think.

Bubba bogeyed 18 to post -7...by the 10 shot rule, +3 and better are safe I think.

Did you see his 12th hole today. He hits his tee shot into the front bunker, skulls it over the green into the back bunker, skulls it from there back into the front bunker, skulls it out of there just over the back side of the green and two-putts for a 6. Fuckin idiot.

Didn't see that, but sounds like he got lucky...skulling it out of the back bunker could easily be wet.

Phil hasn't played well all year...I wasn't expecting him to miss the cut, but I didn't think he'd be able to turn it on.

Two green jacket winners I didn't think would play well, but they are...Weir, & Freddie...I expect Freddie to fold over the weekend...just age, back, etc. walking those hills 2 more days.

He has 3 green jackets and has not missed the cut here in about 16 years.

I think cutting him some slack is in order.

Actually we're only a few bogeys away from the cut moving to +5. Not looking likely but still possible.

Spieth at 2 under. 20 years old, first time playing here. That is damn impressive.

Didn't you know that Toby's 2 handicap could have done much better? Geez... Get with the program :laugh3:

Very much so...Idk if he'll be able to keep it flowing in this direction, but right now he's the best young American I've seen in quite a while...should give Rory and the boys a good long run.

Did not see that...Wow...had to find the water...more than once I'm thinking.

Putting from the high side of the green on 13 he putted the ball into the hazard off the right side of the green but just short of going in the water. He then tried to chip up out of the hazard and the ball rolled all the way back to him, this time into Rae's Creek. So now he's lying 5 and picks up out of the hazard and goes about 30 yards right of the hazard for his drop and hits a complete whiff that goes about 10 yards. He then chips on the green lying 7 and two-putts for 9.

Freddie, right on que, will collapse tomorrow. I love to see how long the old man can hang with the kids now. I'd like to see either him or Speith win it.

No can do. Not for the fiasco on #7 on Thursday either. The guy is just stupid.
