You worried someone is going to give a call to Dantonio or Narduzzi. I hope M-State opens their wallet, don't want to see the B1G lose any good coaches this off season.

I am not worried about Dantonio because he is relatively old by current coaching standards. Narduzzi is as good as gone and won't be here come August 2015. Great defensive minded coach but won't wait for Dantonio to retire. I'm afraid to see him go and what MSU will become.

I know what you mean, I'm having the same feelings at the possibility of losing Tom Herman our OC. Sucks, but its nice to see these guys get head coaching jobs.

also in this link is that Rutgers might open, and candidates other than Saban for Texas that will probably open

I feel like I'm going to have a very long list by the time this is all settled

lots of programs could lose coaches with most likely Texas and Nebraska opening, then the downhill spiral from there.

and we still have to worry about the NFL possibly poaching coaches as well

I'm ok with Fickell getting a job. Its time to move on and spread his coaching wings. I just don't want Herman to go after this season.

Besides, we could always pick up a DC like Pelini or Muschamp after this season.

As for Eastern Michigan University---

72 year old Ohio native Jerry Glanville wants to coach in the MAC...particularly Eastern Michigan. Glanville would like to come back to the state of Michigan----he is a graduate of Northern Michigan University, and his first NFL job was as an assistant coach with the Detroit Lions.

Apparently, Glanville has already applied for the Eastern Michigan vacancy.
