TTECh finishes 8-5, Texas finishes 8-5 but aren't ranked. UGA finishes 8-5 and is #12 for fuck's sake, Ole Miss finishes 7-6 and is #18. Okie jr finished 10-3 and is unranked and Aggy goes 9-4 and is #21. This SEC media bias makes me puke.....

Start beating the SEC with consistency and the bias will stop. And stop losing to the little sisters of the poor in conference play, you might get respected.

The SEC has earned the bias. They shut up the B10 and the ACC for a while. The B12 shoots themselves in the foot on the big stage vs the SEC more often than not. And the PAC12 is a conference of wannabes and used to bes.

It starts by winning on the biggest of stages, and not losing when the pressure is on, or when the opportunity presents itself.

Just win. That's what the SEC does. Other conferences should try it

Yea, I've got no problems with Ole Miss being ranked. They return their QB and a bunch of really good young players. That's not saying I agree with 8 teams being ranked from the SEC. I think Georgia should be a fringe top 25 team and A&M needs to show they can replace Manziel, Evans, and Matthews before they jump into the top 25 considering they were barely ranked last year with them. LSU should technically be fringe also but I understand their track record of reloading so I understand the benefit of the doubt.

I don't really see much SEC bias in ranking teams that performed mediocre the year prior at all. The AP has actually done really well at picking these teams about right over the years. It's ranking teams high that lost a ton but had a good record the year prior they seem to fail so badly at. People are scared to go out on a limb on those types of teams for whatever reason.
