Im not too concerned art all. Just my opinion here but Ican see a big difference of 0-2 now versus the 0-2 from last season. It seems Berube has these guys skating harder and actually playing for three periods. Last season seemed like that the team gassed out and gave up. Injuries will always doom us. Losing Coburn and Timo is going to hurt badly. As Doob put it best, just weather the storm. At least scoring doesnt seem to be an issue. We already knew coming in that the defense would be interesting. We will bounce back against rhe Habs.

the fact that they came back from 3-0 like they did last night is the only thing giving me hope right now. it took 2 months for them to develop that type of resiliency last year.

I thought the schedule was totally unfair for the Flyers. New Jersey played their first game of the season while the Flyers were playing their second game in 2 nights. That ain't right! I was impressed that the Flyers came back the way they did. Didn't see the ending, but they probably just ran out of gas.

Surprise coming from a Pens fan .The Flyers play 3 games in 4 days. We have the Habs Saturday. The Bruins played back to back as well. Im hoping we get the tough schedule out earlier in the season and have it easier at the end going into the playoffs (injuries etc).

Fortunately the Habs will be coming off 3 in 4 also. They went to a shootout with the Caps last night and played Toronto on Wednesday. Their travel has been even a little worse. So 3 in 4 won't be an excuse tomorrow.

People are forgetting that our number one line was also on the ice for most of the goals against. That is the line that needs to tighten up the most.

Due to this I'll pick:
Simmonds
Vinny
Rinaldo/Bellemare as the 4th line was pretty good again especially those guys. Can't take G with a large minus...

Frenchie seems to have some skills. I want to see how that plays out.

Yep pretty much agreed and Luke MDZ were better but the overall team needs a good dose of lines every fucking day they'll think the games are easy.

Yep I can live with that G was pretty good as well. Mason needs to learn to hang onto the puck once in a while especially with the D struggling.

In the first win of 6-5 over Dallas there were plenty of goal scorers. I go with the following:

1.Giroux with the OT goal for the win on the PP.
2.Voracek with a goal and assist and around the net all night.
3.Couturier with the goal get to us going.

Honorable mention goes to B. Schenn and A. MacDonald getting their first goal of the season and Raffle for his goal.
