Hey, if by some miracle all of that happens for an 18 year old True Freshman...............then I will be happy and stunned.

But I've seen this game enough years now that I know how it works. We might think a high school kid is superman, but when he joins the College ranks, he has to become a man in a quick hurry.

Funny thing is he isn't. Chuck has repeatedly mentioned Armstrong coming in and starting.

yes as some crazy far fetched wish...i don't truly believe it will happen...would it be unheard of a true freshman to start? no...but i don't think it will actually happen

Up until last season's fiasco and the rodriguez disaster I thought this staff did a good job with redshirting.

Yep. As for now, we all must just hope and pray that Taylor grows up a bunch, like RA said.

The guy is a competitor and all he wants to do is win...............he is just dumb sometimes. Hopefully that changes now that he has 2 years under his belt.

But fellas I promise you this...........I PROMISE YOU..............we will never be any sorta successful team if we don't get stronger up front, and play solid assignment defense.

Those are the 2 greatest concerns heading into next season. If Bo can shore up that defense, we can make a run. But we need that Offensive Line to play 4 full quarters as well. Somehow I don't see much dropoff by losing Caputo. Maybe that's jest me though.

Update on Shelton.................straight from Rivals......

Tennessee, Washington and UCLA have all offered Devian in the past week or so, and they all want him to visit before signing day. If he decides to take additional visits he will take officials to Tennessee and Washington, and an unofficial to UCLA over the next two weeks.

If he decides not to take a visit, his second course of action is to take no further trips and to make his college choice -- as early as tomorrow.

Coach Ali said that Devian is thinking through his options and he will sleep on it.

Cotton hasn't shown he can produce a solid O-Line. Bo will NEVER fire him. He will have no excuses in 2-3 years if we don't have a fucking beastly O-Line.
