I want Rogers and Goldson back, almost at any cost.
I want Brooks, Alex Smith, Snyder, Ginn back at the right price.
I don't want Morgan back, and we've got to seriously improve our WRs because they all suck.

Just curious why you don't want Morgan back, he is our best slot WR and I don't think Kyle W is ready to take on that role.

Yeah - Morgan was great earlier on this season. He was a nice target for Smith.

I agree that Morgan should not be considered our FA acquisition but I hope they bring him back. I odn't mind if all of those guys are on the team as long as they sign a good veteran WR. Sombody mentioned Lloyd - I think he's be great if possible.

if we keep morgan and sign a wr that pushes ginn and williams to battle for the 4th spot. if we then draft someone, that puts kw out the door.

I'm also okay to re-signing Morgan as a #3 WR. He might get bumped down to #4 when the smoke clears. We can sign him at a reasonable price and he'll be familiar with the system. In addition to signing a #1 WR, we'll likely draft or sign another third tier WR to battle it out for the no. 3 and there will be an intense battle for the final spots.

if we can't get a quality #1 WR, then at least get a quick one for short/medium work. someone who can get open QUICK even when the play breaks down.

are our receivers (TE included) 'giving up on plays'?
