I think we should all post 2019
I vote for UK, he has the NFL doing away with punters and kickers by 2019.
This is what was listed on page one when we started.
When voting for the playoffs these are the categories to consider:
CATEGORIES
1 SKILL OF THE TEAM
2 OFFENSIVE SKILL
3 DEFENSIVE SKILL
4 SPECIAL TEAMS SKILL
5 COACHING STAFF SKILL
6 FRONT OFFICE SKILL
7.SCHEMES ON OFFENSE AND DEFENSE.
It said nothing of having mentors, I did not draft a bunch of old players to sit on the bench and mentor my players, I drafted or at least tried to draft players who are either just becoming stars or will within a year or two.
Just my
HaHa, It would have to be Zurlein and Angerer.....Unless Lotulelei can kick lol
I like your team UK but don't love it. I just couldn't put any rookie (just drafted this year) as my starter because you have no idea how they will do in the NFL. We have seen plenty of busts coming from 1st rounders and to have them in your starting lineup going against veterans/proven players screams huge risk to me. You have your RT JaWuan James going against my defensive ends Suh or Pierre-Paul which I think my guys win that battle. Your pick with Aaron Donald at 3T is also a risk just because again a rookie can never be 100% counted on and you are gambling that he is great right the very first year and continues to be great for the next 5. However if you have a veteran as your starter then a rookie backup that makes more sense to me. I don't mean to be bashing your team because its a very good team lead by a amazing QB Luck but just stating why I wouldn't put a rookie in as a starter in a dynasty league.

Multiple schemes on offense based on mismatches. Zone blocking. Special packages for RG3 to get him progressively incorporated into the offense.
4-3 Cover 3 stacked box as a base defense ala Seattle. Move to Cover 2 against West Coast/Screen teams and Cover 4 against spread teams. Probably in the Nickel over half of the time hence the Nickel CB being bolded. A * denotes a player playing in a hybrid spot.
This would be the theoretical order before a training camp. Some of the younger players/rookies would have a chance to make the field but they'd have to earn it.
