Yep, the article mentions this and I've been posting how it has a bit of 2014 Spurs vibe with the new young guy emerging (like Kawhi did) to reboot the aging big 3.

Hopefully, they can pull off one more title. Curry is one of the most disrepected great players in history, so adding one more title would add so much to his legacy.

To that I agree, traveling around it always amazes me how little respect Curry is given. He mixes it up as much as anyone (drives, rebounds, loose balls) but all you hear is he's just a chucker. He definitely gets to the line far less than anyone of his stature, rarely does a play go by where he's not given a hard 'non-basketball' foul. In game 3 he was wacked in the head repeatedly under the bucket, never a call

Yup. He doesn't seem to have the refs' respect like other greats have. Also, many people will say that he's just a shooter when he is in fact one of the most effective and creative inside scorers in the game. People will also say he's terrible at defense even though he does a pretty good job on that end.

I'm not a statistics expert, so I'm not sure how great of a stat defensive box plus/minus actually is, but it seems to indicate that Curry is at least a decent defender.

Curry's defense has taken a big leap this year, he's actually a plus defender now. He wasn't before, and Poole is definitely lacking there (like young Steph)
