I think Brown has a shot at succeeding.

Not like he was a scrub in Cleveland or LA. Might be better suited to a smaller market where he can focus on teaching and not managing superstars egos.

Yup. Coaching LeBron and Kobe is a big, big job. If you aren't someone who already has a long-established reputation and history of success like Phil Jackson or Pat Riley, I imagine that it's very difficult to get a superstar's respect.
