2 Games having hard time Picking ND/Stanford MSU/aTm

Who you guys got.
It's coming down to a coin toss on those games for the Pickems'.

I'm leaning towards the home teams.

Notre Dame

A&M/Miss St is a real tough one

Two things to think about:

Stanford has the best Defense in the country, but its gonna be raining according to forecasts(possible)

A&M outscores its opponents in the 4th big time and Miss State tried its best to make LSU look like it was alive in the 4th quarter of their win over the Tigers.

My guess is today we see if Golston is really "born again" or if ND hasnt really been tested yet.

We will also see if A&M can play against a defense today, MSU always has a pretty good defense.

I went with ND in my Pick 'Em. I hope I don't regret that.

I went with Stanford and aTm, but am having second thoughts.
I just never go back and change my Pickem's, but I might today..


Not convinced home field advantage is going to make a difference today with those teams.

I can't wrap my head around Mississippi State. You know, their history and all.
Notre Dame has just burned me too many times in the past umpteen years.


Gun shy on both those teams I suppose.

I went with Stanford and MState, just to hopefully make up some ground. But definitely not sure about the picks.

Definitely a couple of tough games to pick. I'm going with MSU and Stanford. Hopefully, at least one of those is right.

Stanford over the domers. I could cite reasons but if I did it would all look equal again, so I just went with them because of the lingering effects of getting seal clubbed by their D. Two great Ds going at it in the rain, my kind of game.

aTm over msu. I'm not buying the SEC (west) hype. I think it's a good division but I'll pass on the msu, ole miss world beaters narrative. I do believe that aTm is a legit threat to win the SEC.

Notre Dame and Texas A&M.

Stanford already has trouble scoring, weather will make it that much harder for them.
They may have a great defense, but that offense is

Notre Dame has a pulse on offense again, and their defense ain't too bad either. I'm taking the more balanced team at home.

Not just a homer pick for A&M. I think MSU secondary will have a tough time and their offense won't be able to out score them.
