It's not a big deal, my boss can't see what I'm doing from her desk and we have no system that screens

what we're doing.


One time though I did get some **** pop up and it I couldn't exit out of it and I had to shut down the

whole computer by holding the power button before she walked over.

Pretty sure she could tell something was wrong since I started sweating frivolously and panting.

Luckily I didn't have the volume up

We're a really small company, and she really should keep track, but she doesn't, she's talked about monitoring it

before, but we are pretty much on a trust system.

If I were the boss, I'd put in a system to monitor immediately, the 6 or 7 employees that we do have working, in

the office (a lot work from home), all get paid too much to not be monitored.

But whatever, It lets me sit here and bullshit with you guys all day.

I have dual monitors too - both are 24". I use privacy screens so no one can see what I'm doing. I work in between posting here. I pretty much make my own hours so I can start my day early or late or end early or late. As long as things get done my boss doesn't ask any questions.

Same here, it's a real lenient environment, I take off whenever I want, but usually I work between 35-40 hours a

week. I'm allowed overtime, but I'm not someone who really lives above my means, so I get paid plenty enough

to pay my bills and rent and for food. If I ever upgrade my lifestyle, I'd have to make some arrangements

though.

I have a nephew that when James was here continually said how much he hated the NBA, would post Just Do It memes that had James holding a gun to his head, etc.. and now, like many others loves the NBA and slobbers all over James dick.

When he was on the Heat, turnup appreciated the winning and the titles and obviously said he was a great player (as he still does). But he also criticized him often for his actions off the court around the organization with his demands for special treatment for his "posse," etc.

By the time he left, he was starting with the 2year deal, 1 year opt outs and turnup didn't want him trying to hold the Heat hostage like that.

I hadn't heard of it, but the previews I've seen look interesting. Pretty sure I'll check it out.

Fantasy isn't really my thing, I'm more Sci Fi and horror. But I did love The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings (both the books and movies).
