I don't know what to think of the Raptors. Didn't they take the Cavs to 6 games last year? Or was I smoking too much weed? I could see the Raptors extending the series to 6 game and I could see them getting swept.

As for the Bucks, I'm not sure they have the experience on their roster to take the Cavs to 6 games. But, with the defense the Cavs have been playing, who knows? I didn't think the games vs. the Pacers would be as close as they were.

Raps look worst IMO. They seem to have degraded worst than Cleveland - hence Cavs in 5.

I agree with Wiggy in this thread when we were talking about the Bucks earlier. They're an intriguing team for sure and their length provides Cleveland problems. They also have Giannis, and a better core of players in Monroe, Maker and Middleton - but lack a PG as Delly's a better backup (and a really good one). Having said that, as you and Wiggy mentioned they lack experience. This is a team where I wouldn't be surprised in two years would be the team to dethrone the Cavs in the East.

Interesting. You think bucks are better than the raptors? Lol

Well......look at their series thus far. The Raptors on paper have the better roster, yet the two games the Raps won were close. The two the Bucks have won were blow outs. You could make an argument that a play here or there and the Bucks are probably up 3-1.

It further illustrates that building a superteam is an easy way to dominate the conference. How successful was he before joining/building superteam. How many finals did he make again?

How can you shit on the Cavs defense for 2 months straight and then have the gull to call them a super team lmfao?

I wonder if the cavs pass the 2nd round in the west?

It would be a challenge for sure. Don't think they beat the Dubs or Spurs. Think they beat the CLippers rather easily and probably need 6 or 7 to beat Houston

The Cavs were never a superteam and we already have a thread about it. GS on the other hand...they are.

It doesn't matter if they look worse IMO. They have the veterans, experience and playmakers. Things change series to series and there is nothing more dangerous in the East if Lowry and Derozen get hot, especially if their bigs get hot. The only things worse is Beal and Wall getting hot. Now if the Raps play like they are they are toast but you really think the Bucks can do any better, they have zero playoff experience from their starters. I would much rather play the Bucks, but I will say their length does scare me.

The Raps have always been an inconsistent mess. Offensively they look worst then they do last year. Carrol looks to have slowed down and doesn't look to be the same defender that he was.

The Bucks have length and play pretty good defense - which will keep them in it. They're offensively challenged, but with the Cavs defensive problems, that would allow them to stay in this series.

And I think the experience factor is far overblown. The Raptors have significantly more experience than the Bucks (and quite a lot of blunders in the playoffs), yet here they are in a virtual deadlock in their series. The same could be said with the Clippers and Jazz - the Clips have so much more playoff experience, yet here are the Jazz possibly able to knock them out in the 1st round.

This is the "Cleveland and Indiana thread" and look how many pages it is...127. People do care, they care A LOT :laugh3: More like obsessed

Yeah most of the posts are Wiggy repeating the same shit we already know. Cavs are good, gonna win the East again. No one cares when he writes the same thing again. I mean, I could write a screed every day about uow good the Warriors are but you people have eyes, you can see it. And unlike you Cavs fans we Warriors fans know we have the best team this year, so we don't troll the board hyping our first round series LOL.

I've offered you and Wiggy many chances to bet this and end the bullshit but of course you won't bet, because you know the score.

oh yah

same thing over and over

like the record for coming back after a half time deficit.....or the record for 1st round wins in a row, or the record for

or how the bench stepped up after certain people said the CAvs bench sucks. on and on and on.

i see a lot of teams that are ACTUALLY vulnerable in these playoffs thus far.......

the Cavs? 4-0...sweep.

No doubt, Cavs are a good team. Too bad you've already conceded their upcoming Finals loss to the Warriors. Still, very good team.

LOL How did it feel giving up a 3-1 lead to the Cavs last year? You had a historical great GS team and you can't win. Talk about expectations shattered, they even go out and get a top 3 player. If they don't win, it is another failure, just like last year. The thing is....you still don't have a clue how to stop Mr. Clutch and the best player on the planet. GL trying to get to the Finals. You play Utah or LA...Utah or the Clippers LOL. Piece of cake.

Last year was a bummer. This year will be much better when we win. Which we both know is happening. They needed to create a superteam to beat LeBron. Shows just how epically great he is. But they did it, and they will win. As you've conceded.

Super Teams are now defined as multiple all stars joining on same teams.
Cavs qualify on paper.
Results TBD.
Thing about super teams is thats every season is championship or bust, regardless of opponent.

You better hope you win, but if they don't who do they get? Do they sign a legit center or sign some all-star to minimum contract to play minutes off the bench? The Spurs didn't have a superteam, the Mavs didn't have a superteam.

Love isn't an All-Star anymore, it doesn't really do much if you lead a team to 20 wins 4 years in a row.
It is really just an excuse you and other fans use.

The definition of a superteam is GS right now. Cleveland is not a superteam. I would love to call them a superteam, but Kyrie is on is a way to becoming a great player and Love is just a solid player.

The Heat were a super team, the Warriors now are a superteam, I wouldn't qualify the Cavs as a superteam.

The Clippers actually have a superteam if you go by your credentials.

Hardly the narrative of the entire board thinking that the Pacers would've knocked the Cavs out of the first round.

That narrative is made up, I never said anything remotely close to that.

Correct and I don't consider the Clippers a superteam.
