Seven games series, team 1 takes it 4-1. Stronger lineup and bench, pitching staffs are pretty close

Team Ones lineup 1-7, is tremendous. And Randy Johnson's mullet comes thru when it matters most.

Barry Bonds is the best player in this draft. Keith Hernandez is the best defensive first baseman in the history of the Universe. Whoever it was that drafted him in the last TWO Mocks, should get a cookie.

Team Two did a fine job, but Team One is a juggernaut.

When I saw the matchup I knew it was over... I personally think the pitching leans slightly toward team 2, but the overall offense of team 1 is too much... I agree with the 4-1 series.... I think team 2 would come out in game 1 and shock team 1 who thought it would be a sweep... Sadly it wakes the sleeping giants and it would be a close game 2... And just blowouts to close it out... Too much offense for team 1 and my guys are more contact hitters (I believe)... A lot of stranded hitters... :bawling:

:agree: I think team two had one of the two pitchers(Rocket) who could push with Randy Johnson in games 1 and 5, too much offense otherwise. Team 2 was just 1 or 2 bats short of being a beast

Yeah, too many mistakes in the draft for me... Should have waited to see if Bonds made it to 4 (UNBELIEVABLE)... Then picking Ozzie in the first, just a lot of missed opportunity and bad picks mixed in with some good ones... Looking forward to the next baseball draft... Rumor has it team 2 has replaced the GM so we're excited!:yahoo:

:agree: Personally, I find the baseball drafts to be by far the most fun. Would like to see a two year split, like a 1927/1997 combo draft

I agree... Baseball has always been my favorite sport and it's not really close... As much as I love Golf & Hockey it's always been Baseball for me...

This was definitely a blast... Might have been the most fun I've had yet, probably because I learned a WHOLE bunch... The split one is going to be crazy...
