I almost took him a couple rounds ago. Looked right before I took him. Unlike Schmidt, who I was po'd with Nos for not taking for me in round one. Then I looked.

I almost took another HOFer last round too. 88 was his last.

That was a great pick and reminds me of a question that I wanted to ask earlier... So is a closer and a relief pitcher the same...? From what I've been seen, starting pitcher goes, a relief pitcher comes in and then the closer... Does a team want more than 1 closer...? Do relief pitches get saves or is that just for closers, and the relief gets a win if he comes in when the team is losing...? I ask because I wanted Smith but I had Eck and it appeared to me they were both closers and I thought each team only has 1 closer... Told you guys I'm still new to baseball so my appologies if this is basic knowledge...
