Ok, 1980 season would be 1980 regular 1981 postseason. So Ricky Barry, 79-80 not eligible. Correct?

I believe he would be eligible cuz it was in 1980. 1979-1980 still has 1980 included. Same with 1980-1981. As long as they played in 1980. Nos correct or wrong?

I believe Nos said 79-80 as well as 80-81 were eligible. There were a lot of good players that retired in 80, just confirming
