One other thing, if I'm not mistaken, if a person uses a pick to steal, then gives up his next two picks, he would technically have to take back the other players last TWO picks, correct?

One thing before the stealing starts. Guys can be stolen from multiple times, but I believe the two picks you receive for being stolen from should be exempt from being stolen...
Example with non name dropped players...
Nos selects Tris Speaker in round 3, he is stolen by Milk in round 4, Nos gets Milks OTC 4 plus his 5. Nos takes Richie Asburn and Ed Walsh with those picks....then someone steals Asburn and Walsh in rounds 6-7. Nos has then lost Speaker and nets a 6-7....unless they are stolen.
Stolen players should be like a trade and players taken as a result of a steal should be locked .JMO

Agreed, another reason why I determined players can only be stolen once but thanks for bringing this up. The players you draft with compensation picks cannot be stolen.

I can't imagine anyone moving up in this draft bud. Let's say I give up picks to move up....then someone steals my player a couple of rounds later...disaster
